Since establishing our Education Building in 1959, Asbury Early Learning Center has continued a strong belief in Christian education starting at any age. We believe that children are our future and deserve the highest level of care, attention, and intentional focus.
The young children entrusted to us are our highest priority. At Asbury, every child is supported with the tools, guidance, and nurturing environment they need for healthy emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Our director and teaching staff embrace a well-rounded educational approach, thoughtfully designed to stimulate curiosity and foster growth. We utilize trusted curricula including FunnyDaffer and Heggerty Phonemic Awareness to support early literacy and foundational skills.
Enrichment Beyond the Classroom 📚✨
In addition to preschool academics, children enjoy a variety of thoughtfully planned enrichment activities that extend learning in fun and meaningful ways, including:

- Cooking activities
- Music and creative experiences
- Special guest visits from community partners
The Maitland Fire Department, local musicians, and other distinguished community members are just a few of the special guests who have visited Asbury, helping children connect learning to the world around them.
We also believe that out-of-classroom learning experiences are essential to a well-balanced education. Field trips to the Maitland Public Library and the Post Office are recurring favorites, along with newly added after-school enrichment specials with Sports 4 Fun.
